Submitted by: I-Newswire

2011-12-30 13:20:21 digg facebook Email twitter print, the Florida-based national home inspection company, announced today that Clearwater, Florida based allinspections® (ai) will provide its front end inspection reporting software for all ZGlobal's field inspectors nationwide.

Fort Pierce, Florida (OPENPRESS) December 29, 2011 -, the Florida-based national home inspection company, announced today that Clearwater, Florida based allinspections® (ai) will provide its front end inspection reporting software for all ZGlobal's field inspectors nationwide, according to Dennis Hill, President of

"ai is the most dynamic, mobile, full-home field report for the inspections industry we have seen," said Hill. "Their team has come up with an exceptionally user-friendly software solution that generates a complete, professional report for all home inspectors in at least one-third the time it takes with other software. And, Zglobal pays for the software for all its inspectors."

The ai software is unique in that it allows for the inspector to complete inspection reports while he or she is completing the inspection, and the inspection can be completed in its entirety on an iPhone, iPad, Droid phone, other type of tablet, or laptop. When the inspection is complete, the report is complete, saving the inspector a significant amount of time.

"The biggest compliment we get from our inspectors is that they have their nights and weekends back," said Joe Hanley, Business Development Executive with ai. "That was one of our primary goals while developing the software - saving the inspector as much time as possible in actually assembling the report itself. The report is done before the inspector leaves the house. A PDF of the report can be sent to the client immediately, meaning the inspection and the report are done. It's that simple."

The allinspections® software was developed over the past couple years. The company now known as Izon Analytics was expanding on a software that was being used by field service organizations for data collection around the world. Now allinspections® is a dedicated division of Izon Analytics.

During the early development for that application, the company saw firsthand many of the difficulties home inspectors were having.

"Basically, we thought 'We can really help these guys out,'" Hanley said. "That was the day that ai was conceived. Over the next year or so, the Izon team was in the field shadowing the inspectors, getting into the attics and going into those creepy crawl spaces, and even wandering around on roofs. They met with many of inspectors who worked with the beta version of the app and provided feedback. Without those inspectors' help, allinspections® would not be what it is today."

In early 2011, ai went live with several forms designed specifically to satisfy the needs for home inspectors doing insurance inspection reports, such as wind mitigation, roof condition, and different versions of a 4-points inspection. Most recently, the company launched its residential inspection software that ZGlobal is using.

"Early on inspectors provided us with priceless feedback about our software as they completed thousands of inspections to generate real revenue in their everyday business," Hanley added. "We listened carefully and adapted to their needs. We gave them many of the features they asked for and provide excellent customer service when anything arises. We continue to listen to what inspectors need to make their businesses better."

ai will be at the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) convention at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix January 4th through the 7th offering complete demonstrations of their reporting software to all attending inspectors. They will also be giving away six iPads at the convention.

"We are extremely pleased to have ai on board with us," said Dennis Hill of ZGlobal. "Their full-home reporting software is the best we've seen, their customer service is incredible, and they are working closely with us as we get rolling. We have very high expectations for, and we thoroughly enjoy working with a company like ai that has equally high expectations."

"We also specialize in creating mobilized inspection applications for almost any industry that requires inspections," Hanley said. "And, working with a national company like Zglobal, we are truly earning the title allinspections®." launched its nationally branded residential home inspections service Monday, December 19th, with the company's initial services offered in Miami/Dade, Broward, and Monroe Counties in Florida.

"We look forward to a long relationship with ZGlobalinspections," Hanley of ai concluded. "The positive feedback we have received from their inspectors already indicates that we have the product they have wanted in the field for a long time. As an enterprise system, we are fully capable of handling the large number of inspectors and the high volumes of inspections Zglobal is expecting to generate in a relatively short period of time.", a division of Zglobal Asset Management Group, Inc., is a simple, nationwide, web-based residential/home inspection solution for Realtors, lenders, insurance companies, and owners. It offers the highest quality inspections by certified, insured, and licensed (where required) inspectors nationwide.

Immediately following the company's initial South Florida launch, it will expand to offer inspection services in Hillsborough County (Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg), Orange County (Orlando), Tallahassee, Pensacola (and the entire Florida Panhandle) through Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana in the South and Southeastern United States. At the same time, the company will offer inspections in the entire Phoenix, Arizona, metro area, Seattle, Washington, and Portland, Oregon.
