Justin Beiber and Sizzling, Songstress Darcy Donavan are Under the Mistletoe This Year!

Darcy Donavan and Justin Beiber are singing their new holiday tune.
October 23, 2011, Los Angeles, CA - Every year we wait for the unveiling of the yuletide season's songs by artists like Mariah Carey, Boys II Men and Jessica Simpson, spinning their take on the season's most popular Christmas songs. This year however some new Christmas hits are on the horizon.
Keeping to his roots, pop sensation Justin Bieber has just released his Christmas themed album, "Mistletoe," and its single "Under The Mistletoe," on Youtube earlier this month. Darcy Donavan's similarly titled single, "Kiss Me Under The Mistletoe" had already been released a week prior to his, but she's not upset. Instead, she is amused with the creative coincidence. "Both of us were working on our projects separately," explains Donavan, "so there's no question that great minds think alike. And for someone like Bieber to be working on an idea so similar to mine proves to me that we both must be doing something right."
Justin Beiber first came to prominence in 2008 via videos posted on the Internet. He has since released two albums and a widely successful concert film, while maintaining his high profile in online social media. Similarly, Darcy Donavan's music has been featured on the radio and she has also forged her own strong Internet presence, with large numbers of fans on Facebook, You Tube, Twitter and MySpace. With over a million internet hits to her website weekly, there is no doubt Darcy's fans agree with JoJo Gator, President of Global Entertainment when he says: "Simply put, Darcy Donavan is the 'Total Package'".
"Kiss Me Underneath The Mistletoe" was Ms. Donavan's second single since her LP, Distraction in 2008, Donavan's catchy lyrics and funky melody prove this beauty can bring the Christmas cheer along with Justin.

Is this Mistletoe mania? Songs with the same or similar titles that are not the same compositions have been known many times before in pop music history. Radiohead and TLC both had hit charting songs titled "Creep." More recently, Katy Perry's hit "I Kissed A Girl" shared its title with another hit recording by Jill Sobule. What is CMP's take on the matter, the more the merrier. Now lets see if Beiber or Donavan will be at the top of Santa or Billboard's list for a Christmas hit.
