Chef McCabe utilizes the freshest seasonal produce, sustainable seafood and hormone-free meats to create an enticing and exciting menu, whether you're in the mood to sample a number of small plates or to simply enjoy an entrée. Chef McCabe says that "every dish is distinctive and surprising," such as the Whole Roasted Branzino Bass on the Winter 2008 menu.
