ZGlobalinspections.com, the Florida-based national home inspection company, announced today that Clearwater, Florida based allinspections® (ai) will provide its front end inspection reporting software for all ZGlobal's field inspectors nationwide.

The ai software is unique in that it allows for the inspector to complete inspection reports while he or she is completing the inspection, and the inspection can be completed in its entirety on an iPhone, iPad, Droid phone, other type of tablet, or laptop. When the inspection is complete, the report is complete, saving the inspector a significant amount of time.
"The biggest compliment we get from our inspectors is that they have their nights and weekends back," said Joe Hanley, Business Development Executive with ai. "That was one of our primary goals while developing the software - saving the inspector as much time as possible in actually assembling the report itself. The report is done before the inspector leaves the house. A PDF of the report can be sent to the client immediately, meaning the inspection and the report are done. It's that simple."
The allinspections® software was developed over the past couple years. The company now known as Izon Analytics was expanding on a software that was being used by field service organizations for data collection around the world. Now allinspections® is a dedicated division of Izon Analytics.
During the early development for that application, the company saw firsthand many of the difficulties home inspectors were having.
"Basically, we thought 'We can really help these guys out,'" Hanley said. "That was the day that ai was conceived. Over the next year or so, the Izon team was in the field shadowing the inspectors, getting into the attics and going into those creepy crawl spaces, and even wandering around on roofs. They met with many of inspectors who worked with the beta version of the app and provided feedback. Without those inspectors' help, allinspections® would not be what it is today."
In early 2011, ai went live with several forms designed specifically to satisfy the needs for home inspectors doing insurance inspection reports, such as wind mitigation, roof condition, and different versions of a 4-points inspection. Most recently, the company launched its residential inspection software that ZGlobal is using.
