Para-Plus will perform on-site interpretation and American Sign Language services at agency locations or other public and private facilities as determined by the requesting agency. Locations may include, but are not limited to, schools, hospitals, correctional institutions, police departments, clinics, public health office settings, offices of private healthcare providers, as well as client home visits and other community agencies.
The state of Delaware contracted with Para-Plus because its interpreters can translate terminology related to the legal (non-judicial), medical and psychological/mental health fields, and are available 24/7 because the state has several locations that operate around the clock.
Likewise, the state chose Para-Plus because its translators are well versed in translating legal, medical and psychological/mental health terminology in written documents.
