LivingSocial Philippines is at it again making strong moves! As they continue to innovate and improve the experience on their site, they also spend a lot of time talking to their customers about how they can further improve their services.

Before, their customers said they want to redeem after office hours. A few months later, wish granted! So they listened and they extended office redemption hours till 7pm.
Last year, during the holiday season, their customers asked if they can extend their office redemption during Saturdays to avoid the holiday traffic jam. Again, wish granted! During the peak holiday shopping season of 2012, their office was open every Saturday because they know how important it is for their members to get their gifts on time.
Early this year, customers are saying that they wish there's a nearby redemption center at the northern part of Metro Manila. So they got together as a group, brainstormed and through a rigid planning process they finally have an answer to this most asked facility.
Yes! They are expanding their redemption sites.
Starting October 1, 2013 — LivingSocial will have two redemption centers located at the northern and southern part of metro manila that customers can choose from.
The first is their head office located at the 2nd floor W Building Office at 28th street corner 11th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City Taguig. This has been their central pick up point for products that can't be shipped. Products like air conditioners, washing machines, television sets and many more.
Their newest redemption site is going to be at AGS Four Winds Warehouse, No. 8, Mercury Avenue, Barangay Bagumbayan, Libis, Quezon City. The new site is flood free and highly accessible via C5 Road making it convenient for their customers residing in the north. This new center will be the home of their product deals and their response to members living in the northern side of Metro Manila.
Best part, redemption hours for both sites is going to be the same to make sure their customers have enough time after office hours to reach and redeem their items. Redemption hours is from 9:00am to 7:00pm (Monday to Friday).
This new investment to open a physical redemption site nearer where their customers live is their way of making sure that that they make it easier for their customers to get their product deals hassle-free.
