Leadership Changes at Mount Trexler Manor

Lehigh County Residential Care & Outpatient Treatment Facility Promotes Two Employees To Leadership Positions

Philadelphia, PA-NJ (OPENPRESS) Tri-County Respite is proud to announce that Mount Trexler Manor has a new administrator and assistant administrator to serve the needs of its residents, their families and the staff.
Toby Tarquin-Stackhouse is the newly appointed administrator of Mount Trexler Manor, which is part of Tri-County Respite's behavioral health services. Tarquin-Stackhouse oversees all aspects of daily operations at Mount Trexler Manor. She was promoted into her position after achieving certification as a personal care home administrator through the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, extensive training and having filled several roles at Tri-County Respite. Tarquin-Stackhouse most recently served as assistant administrator before her promotion in May. She has worked for the behavioral health organization since 1993, performing as the assistant director and as a mental health worker at New Vitae, Inc. Mount Trexler Manor's former administrator, Judy Yanacek, is now TCR's vice president.

Dave Rush has been promoted into the assistant administrator's role at Mount Trexler Manor after achieving certification as a personal care home administrator through the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. He is responsible for care coordination, mentoring and activity services and the environment of care at Mount Trexler Manor. Rush had served as Mount Trexler Manor's director of social services and assistant clinical supervisor and young adult supervisor for New Vitae, Inc. He has worked for Tri-County Respite for six years.

"They will work together with me to strategize and implement a plan on how to best use their individual strengths while maximizing the value of other Mount Trexler Manor resources."
