Wiles has worked in sales for 20 years, winning awards and quality business for numerous employers. She essentially started her sales career as a child when she had to make new friends every time her family relocated.
"I moved every two years growing up and always found myself making new friends and connections in the new schools and cities I would be in," she said. "It was just in my DNA. I am a salesperson through and through and love to connect people, solutions and other businesses that I can potentially have a positive impact with personally and professionally."
With a charismatic and passionate personality, Wiles enjoys engaging her audience, knowing how to connect and build trust with customers and prospects. She works to identify solutions to the business problems her customers face.
She said she was drawn to Oxygen Learning from her experience going through the onboarding process for new hires with previous employees. "As a salesperson having onboarded and gone through sales and product training, and merger and acquisition activities with a handful of high-tech companies throughout my career, I found the approach taken to training in all of those areas was not memorable or engaging," Wiles said. "As a result, being introduced to Oxygen Learning's more creative and hands-on approach to training has given me a whole new perspective on the way to successfully impact the training that companies deliver to adult learners. With that I was hooked." Wiles looks forward to spreading that enthusiasm to new Oxygen Learning customers, and has already brought new customers to the Oxygen family.
When not working, Wiles enjoys connecting with family and friends over great food and wine as well as hiking, skiing, snow shoeing, and being in the sun whenever possible. "I invest in relationships, personally and professionally. I love to laugh and believe humor to be a key element in both business and home life," she said.
