As part of efforts to produce and stock more hen party accessories, Hen Party Superstore has expanded their warehouse and office working space.
By doubling the amount of shelving on each bay in their warehouse and amending the positions of these bays, the company has created twice as much storage space for their stock. These changes are also set to make picking and delivering customers' orders quicker and more convenient for Hen Party Superstore's dispatch team.
To further enhance the customer service experience, the company has also moved their Head Office to situate them nearer to the warehouse. Until the move, the Hen Party Superstore Head Office was located on a separate site, but the company hopes that by being located closer to their stock, this will allow them to offer customers a much more responsive and comprehensive service.
