St. Louis, MO-IL (OPENPRESS) Renowned career coach, author, columnist and speaker David Hults will present Ringmaster during the luncheon hour. The International Association of Business Communicators has developed "The Communicators' Toolkit," a full-day of professional development seminars. It will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2013 from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Based on his 2012 book, Ringmaster, Hults will address the many changes that occur in the workplace, as well as the strategies that individuals can implement to successfully master change within their career.
Ringmaster breaks down the types of changes employees can expect to experience within their careers and how to respond appropriately to achieve positive results. Hults will outline the three rings of change: the ring of control, the ring of influence, and the ring of response. He will then delve even further into the strategies of change management — each with specific action points.
"The Communicator's Toolkit" is sponsored by AMM Communications, Midtown Printing & Digital Solutions, and ProWolfe Partners. The full-day seminar includes a keynote speaker, six breakout sessions, and David Hults' luncheon presentation.
