"BISCUE App", a business skills application provided by the Shubiki Corporation, Japan, has released new courses entitled "How to Behave at Work in Japan - Consultation", for smartphones and tablets in 7 languages.
(OPENPRESS) The Shubiki Corporation, Japan's leading business content provider, has released the courses entitled "How to Behave at Work in Japan - Consultation" for its business skills application "BISCUE App" in 7 languages including Japanese, English, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
In reply to the rising demand for globally talented human resources, the number of jobs for non-Japanese workers in Japanese companies is rapidly increasing.
However, there often occur various issues in the workplace originated from the differences of ways of thinking about business and ideas of how to proceed with work.
In order to learn cross-cultural practices, "BISCUE App" which is an educational application for business via smartphones and tablets has offered the series of "Business Assimilation" for non-Japanese businesspersons.
The new series entitled "How to Behave at Work in Japan - Consultation" is designed for non-Japanese staff to learn a process of consultation which comprises a part of, "Report, Communication, and Consultation (HOU-REN-SOU)," an essential business principle that every Japanese learns when starting business.
The courses are provided through side-by-side translation between the mother tongue of each learner and Japanese.
