Selection to the Club is based on Aspiring Minds Computer Adaptive Test (AMCAT),India's largest employability test. The final quarterly merit list will contain 500 highly employable candidates in different fields from a pool of AMCAT assessed engineers, MBAs and graduates. Every year more than 500,000 students take AMCAT, making it larger than management tests like CAT.

The merit list along with photographs of the candidates will be published on the AMCAT website. Companies can filter the talent according to their specific needs from the list. The list will further be sent to over 550 clients and 12000 corporate recipients of Aspiring Minds' newsletter Talent Prism. A certificate of merit from AMCAT will also be provided to the candidates, which they can further use with their resume to enhance their chances in independent job search.
