Estate Planning Council of Seattle Names New Officers for 2016-2017

The Estate Planning Council of Seattle has appointed a slate of new officers to lead the council for 2016-2017.
Seattle-Bellevue-Everett, WA (OPENPRESS) The Estate Planning Council of Seattle has appointed a slate of new officers to lead the council for 2016-2017, with Kurt Olson, JD, with Fahlman Olson & Little, PLLC, in Seattle elected president.
Joining Olson is immediate past president P. Gerry Maurer, AEP, CLU and ChFC with Northwestern Mutual, in Seattle, and Ronald Nagle, CPA, with Peterson Sullivan LLP, in Seattle, as president elect. Carla Wigen, JD, with Wells Fargo Private Bank, in Seattle, is treasurer, and Kathryn Garrison, CFP, with Moss Adams Wealth Advisors, in Seattle, is secretary.
The executive committee includes Jeanne Goussev, CTFA, with Threshold Group, in Seattle, Janet Welcher, CFP, with Fulcrum Capital LLC, in Seattle, Gina Chang, CPA, with Hellam Varon, in Bellevue, and Steven Schindler, JD, with Perkins Coie, LLP, in Seattle.
Jolene Cox, CPA, with Deloitte Tax LLP, in Seattle, is chair of the 2016 Estate Planning Seminar and Joe Cervantes, CFP, with Coldstream Capital, in Bellevue, is event co-chair. The 2016 seminar will be held Nov. 7-8 in Seattle, and draws more than 1,000 attendees.
