Brasileiro Miami is not your typical Miami steakhouse; experience the "fusion"
(OPENPRESS) Miami, Fl -- Brickell has evolved into the go-to spot for great dining. Surrounded with a variety of luscious restaurants, chic bars and stunning hotels, Brickell has satisfied those looking for an excellent meal, extraordinary drinks and a vivacious scene. Adding to the growing scene is Brasileiro Miami; a Brazilian-fusion steakhouse and lounge, which opened in the space formerly occupied by Porcao at the Four Ambassadors Hotel. Brasileiro brings delectable Brazilian cuisine and a lively bar scene in a chic and elegant setting to the Brickell area.
Brasileiro Miami is not your typical rodizio steakhouse. Chef Guily Booth crafted a fusion menu, which will launch in mid-November. The menu offers tapas-style small plates, seasonal ingredients and a multicultural taste.
"The fusion menu was inspired by my travels; my creations are multicultural" said Chef Guily Booth. "The fusion menu aims to give guests a taste around the world in one dish."
Brasileiro already offers a fantastic selection of a la carté items: Booth's highly regarded crab cakes ($14), which Martha Stewart herself said are the "best she's ever had," and the classic Brazilian dish moqueca bahia ($34), prepared with zucchini, yellow squash, chayote, tomato, cilantro, dende oil, shrimp and coconut milk.
To add to the restaurant's already extensive selection, Brasileiro is introducing a new fusion menu that's full of flavor and delectable plates. Among the new items are:
- Grilled octopus with vegetable couscous and a delicious spicy caramel sauce ($18);
- Miso sea bass with spicy cucumber slaw appetizer ($14);
- Delicious pan-seared scallops in a celery pure, crostata and garlic maple butter sauce ($13);
- New empanadas de picanha ($8);
- Bolinhos de bacalao ($7);
- Beef carpaccio with foie gras, black olive tapanade and tomato tosta ($16); chef favorite.
Brasileiro Miami's fusion menu sets out to satisfy all pallets. In addition to the new tantalizing fusion menu, guests can also indulge in the new salad bar to be paired with the sizzling rodizio, a traditional Brazilian steakhouse fare. The all-you-can-eat rodizio is priced at $42 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
Served tableside by guachos, diners can choose from an assortment of prime cuts of meat including picanha, churrasco, linguisa (Brazilian sausages) and lamb chops, just to name a few. Along with the meat and salad bar, buffet carts are roaming the restaurant filled with specialty meats and delicious sides.
Brasileiro Miami sets out to create the perfect dinner experience all while enjoying the breathtaking views of the Biscayne Bay waterfront. Guests are encouraged to experience the cozy ambiance and most authentic caipirinha in town at the Brasileiro Lounge, before or after dinner.
