Dallas, TX – NiteLites Outdoor Lighting franchise has announced plans for additional national expansion, noting that demand has not been reduced by the economy.

Residential homeowners, custom home builders, landscape architects, developers, commercial property managers and real estate investors recognize the need and benefit of quality outdoor lighting. The need for outdoor lighting has not changed because of the poor economy, according to Thomas A. Frederick, president and chief executive officer, of NiteLites Outdoor Lighting business franchise.

“We have actually used the economy to our advantage. We offer environmentally friendly, energy efficient, low-voltage lighting systems that operate at a fraction of the cost of traditional line voltage systems. Additionally, our 12-volt systems have the ability to illuminate multi-story buildings as well as provide breathtaking beauty and elegance to upscale residential properties,” explained Frederick.

The strategy is working. NiteLites Outdoor Lighting began in 1998 and began franchise operations in 2004. Currently NiteLites operates in over 40 cities with plans to continue to expand.

“The demand for outdoor lighting has continued to grow, and clients are happy to learn that our low voltage outdoor lighting systems are more economical than ever to operate,” said Frederick.

“NiteLites Outdoor Lighting offers added safety and security, improved curb appeal, increased resale value, and it is environmentally friendly and more economic than ever. The need is there, and we found a way to fill it. The opportunity and timing is absolutely perfect for expansion,” said Frederick.

The business opportunity not only includes installation revenue for new clients, but it includes recurring revenue from the same clients year after year. The pros outweigh the cons of buying a franchise, especially when the country is in a financial mess, according to Frederick.

The outdoor lighting industry is growing, with sales at a very bright $3.8 billion by 2010, according to Outdoor Lighting in the U.S., a report from market research publisher Specialists in Business Information (SBI), a division of MarketResearch.com.
