Lawsuit Financial Owner and Founder Speaks at Michigan Association of Justice Seminar

Submitted by: Edge Legal Marketing

2009-01-15 00:00:18

Southfield, MI (OPENPRESS) January 15, 2009 -- Lawsuit Financial Corporation (www.lawsuitfinancial.com), a leading, national litigation funding company, today announced Mark Bello, Esq., owner and founder of the company, will be speaking at the 19th Annual Michigan Association of Justice (MAJ) Seminar on January 30, 2009. Bello will be presenting on "The Top Seven Things to Consider When Your Client Seeks Lawsuit Funding."

"I welcome the opportunity to network with my fellow trial lawyers and, hopefully, assist them in appropriately advising clients who may be considering litigation funding against their cases," stated Mark Bello. "Case Funding is not a fit for all people, all cases or all situations. This presentation will educate trial lawyers in determining when funding is a good fit and what questions they or their clients should ask of any company offering legal funding services to ensure they are looking out for the clients' best interests."

The 19th Annual MAJ Seminar is being held at Cedar River Village at Shanty Creek in Bellaire, Michigan on January 30-31, 2009. Moderators for the program are Timothy P. Smith and Ronald K. Weiner. Other speakers include: Marc Shefman, John VanderVeen, Bradley Wierda, Ven Johnson, Dan O'Neil, Jim Maher and Andrew Shotwell.

Mark Bello has 31 years experience as a trial lawyer and 10 years as an underwriter and situational analyst in the lawsuit financing industry. He founded Lawsuit Financial in 1998 and now devotes his efforts into delivering lawsuit funding and consulting during the litigation process, pre and post trial, to ensure that a litigant's focus remains on the pending case and not on his/her financial responsibilities.

Legal finance services were created to provide financial relief to pending litigants to, hopefully, prevent premature case resolution or settlement - for less money than full value - simply to relieve pressing financial burdens.

About Lawsuit Financial
Lawsuit Financial (www.lawsuitfinancial.com) has been in business for 10 years and specializes in delivering lawsuit funding during the pre-settlement stage of litigation so plaintiffs can focus on their pending case - not their financial responsibilities. Lawsuit Financial will also provide attorney funding for litigation costs, structured settlements, expert witness fees, and pending attorney fees.
