Scottsdale, AZ (OPENPRESS) January 5, 2009 -- Dolkar Wellness is launching a new cutting-edge service that is taking the health industry to a new level: NeoWellness Cellular Level Approach to Weight Loss. Tara Hoffman, President, will be introducing her new plan at Vision Quest Bookstore - Psychic Fair in Scottsdale–January 10-11, 2009.

Ms. Hoffman will be kicking off a NeoWellness Cellular-Level Weight Loss pilot program at Vision Quest with 10 volunteers to prove her Plan can be successful for men and women of all ages, all physical conditions, and all walks of life.
