The Giga X9 uses fresh milk in all its coffees rather than milk powders. Up to 20 different coffees may be easily programmed covering drinks like macchiato, cappuccino, latte and espresso. Each drink may be individually tailored to customer taste.
Additionally 2 bean hoppers allow customers to use 2 types of espresso bean which in turn may be blended into each type of coffee in any proportion desired. Finally a separate steam lance permits customers to froth milk or chocolate by hand should that be required.
