Rockford, IL (OPENPRESS) July 13, 2012 -- Aaron Markuson Loses 30 pounds in 12 days on the Sisel Weight Loss challenge. Aaron Markuson says that weight has always been a struggle even since his childhood and has weighed as much as 415 pounds.
Aaron Markuson married his wife Sara in 2000 they have a 7 year old daughter with another child on the way. It has done so much for Aaron in such a short amount of time that he is extremely motivated to help other people lose weight as well. A lot of Aaron Markuson's friends and family have been commenting that it isn't safe to lose 30 pounds in 12 days.
This was Aaron Markuson's reply," 1) I am eating, quite a bit actually. I generally have 2-3 snacks a day like carrots, almonds, peanuts, bananas or apples etc. I also have a couple of shakes in between. Generally when I get home at night I have a large dinner like last night, I have about a 10oz chicken breast, grilled sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli and a huge salad with sesame ginger dressing. I even have a piece of dove dark chocolate as dessert! I am eating when I am hungry which is happening more often because of my increased metabolism and the fact that I am keeping my meals small. I DO NOT STARVE MYSELF. 2) My body is choosing how fast the weight is coming off. I am not telling it how much to lose it is telling me. I have more energy, am sleeping better and in general feel great. 3) I am exercising as well i.e. swimming and I even went on a bike ride with my daughter last night which is a miracle. In closing I would like to say this product works great and has made an incredible impact on myself and my family and friends in a very short period of time. I am sure that the amount of stress that I am re leaving off of my body far outweighs anything that can be said about the rapid weight loss. I will hit my target weight and that will not only increase my lifespan but also improve my quality of life. In the end what matters most to me is the time that I get to spend with my family and I want as much of it as possible!"
