Announcement of New Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Eumeps Board

Maaseik, Belgium (OPENPRESS) June 8, 2012 -- During the General Assembly in Istanbul on May 8th 2012, EUMEPS elected Mr. Jos Verstegen, President of EUMEPS section Construction as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Verstegen is succeeding Mr. Alessandro Augello, Technical Director of Poron Group Italy, at the expiry of his statutory term of office. Mr. Jos Verstegen is the director/CFO of Synbra Holding BV. Mr. Allard Lohman, Managing Director of HSV Packaging and Insulation was elected Vice Chairman of the Board.
The Praesidium meeting of EUMEPS section Packaging elected Mr. Allard Lohman as President , succeeding Mr. Alessandro Augello.
The appointees will take up their new roles with immediate effect.
