(OPENPRESS) June 5, 2012 -- Dominique Berhouet has been appointed as General Manager of Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East and Holiday Inn Express Hong Kong Kowloon East to spearhead the opening of two hotels in 4th quarter of 2012.
Having joined the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in 1999 and previously responsible for launching and rebranding a number of properties. He most recently was the opening General Manager of Crowne Plaza Guangzhou City Centre.
Dominique has over 30 years of hotel management experience in luxury properties across US, Europe, Hong Kong and Mainland China. Having opened or rebranded half a dozen successful five-star hotels, he understands how to create a venue that combines the benefits of a refined business hotel with the inspiring F&B options needed for hosting the most desirable weddings, banquets and events.

Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East boasts 359 rooms, dining choices range from the all day dining buffet restaurant to Cantonese dining and an Italian restaurant on the top floor.
