Events & Adventures Reminds Singles of the Different Challenges Men and Women Face in the Dati

Bellevue, WA (OPENPRESS) May 29, 2012 - Most people have their share of relationship woes. However, the difference is that men and women do not always see eye-to-eye on the importance of the issues. The Huffington Post recently published a story about the biggest relationship issues men are facing in today's dating scene. Events & Adventures, which offers an organic method to socialize, had a few more issues to add to the list.

Often, attraction levels can decrease over time, but injecting a little spontaneity and mystery into the relationship can make it fizzle again. Just because the attraction factor has changed does not mean a man has lost interest in his girlfriend or wife. Keeping intimacy alive and passionate is essential to making a relationship work.

Effective communication between couples is essential. Men worry that they can't express their emotions or opinions without the woman taking it the wrong way, and ultimately, leading to a fight. That thought alone shuts some men off emotionally. They would rather stay silent instead of communicating and running the risk of arguing.

In addition, men often have a hard time being honest about their feelings and life goals. They do not feel comfortable sharing the information because it may change the way people view them or it might crush their ego and portray an image of not being "the man." On top of that, men are just as insecure as women, no matter how confident they seem.

Mark Owen, of Events & Adventures, agreed with those issues, but had two more to add to the list. For Events & Adventures clients - and most men in general - finding the right kind of woman to date is hard in today's society. Also, men have to hurdle past the barrier of introducing themselves and making sure the woman trusts and remembers them. Once a guy sees a woman he wants to meet, he can be very nervous, wanting to make that first impression without blowing it.

"Events & Adventures is a solution to both of those problems," Owen said. "You get to meet hundreds of great women and they know you can be trusted because the club already screened everyone. Besides, you are at an event together! How easy is that? Being at an event with someone creates built-in reasons for you to talk and spend time with them. That means introductions come naturally."
