RTP, NC (OPENPRESS) May 1, 2012 -- Members of the Raleigh-Durham community are encouraged to bring their Bibles and an open heart to World Overcomers Christian Church (http://www.wocconline.org) on Wednesday, May 2 to hear Pastor Janet Floyd of New Beginnings Worship Center in Monroe, La., deliver a life-changing word to congregants, encouraging them to sow Godly seeds on earth to reap eternal reward in Heaven. The church's Wednesday evening services are held at 7 p.m. at 2933 S. Miami Blvd. in Durham.
Pastor Floyd's passion is ministering a powerful word coupled with knowledge and anointing to bring deliverance to the people of God. As she travels the nation, Prophetess Floyd has allowed God to use her as an instrument of healing to the Body of Christ as He has given her "the tongue of the learned that she should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary!"
She has shared God's word at locations nationwide, recently including Milwaukee, Houston and Tampa, Fl., and was last in North Carolina in February, where she encouraged worshippers in Durham to step out in faith and seek spiritual breakthroughs in their lives. Pastor Floyd holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in English, as well as a juris doctor degree.
