WorldVentures Title Sponsor of Nancy Lieberman Basketball Camps

Plano, TX (OPENPRESS) March 30, 2012 -- WorldVentures announced this week that it will be the 2012 title sponsor for the Nancy Lieberman Basketball Camps in Dallas, Detroit and Phoenix in partnership with the Nancy Lieberman Foundation. As part of its sponsorship, WorldVentures will fund scholarships for qualified children and teenagers between the ages of 5 and 17 so they can attend the four-day camps and learn life skills that will benefit them today and in the future.

WorldVentures' humanitarian efforts are what attracted Basketball Hall of Famer Nancy Lieberman to build a partnership with the company, establishing outreach programs to mentor and enrich the lives of at-risk children in underprivileged communities.
"WorldVentures' mission resonates with the purpose of these camps and what my foundation is doing," Lieberman says. "When people have the same heart, you want to partner with them."
Lieberman's conviction of helping children gain life skills and self-esteem is something near and dear to her heart. Her initiatives have stressed the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, competition and goal-setting, all while promoting a healthy lifestyle and informed choices.
"We build decision makers," Lieberman says. "I started the camps because I was disadvantaged growing up in New York. I wanted to give kids the opportunity through sports to improve their lives."
WorldVentures' sponsorship of Lieberman's camps is the latest collaboration for the two groups, the first being DreamCourts, which launched in 2010. Through their combined efforts, WorldVentures and the Nancy Lieberman Foundation will continue to positively impact the lives and environment of children and teens in the United States and around the world.
