Rocky Top Hospitality Receives Nine 2012 Best of Downtowner Awards

Raleigh, NC (OPENPRESS) March 28, 2012 -- Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality, has announced that its local restaurants and catering services received nine 2012 Best of Downtowner Awards by Raleigh Downtowner Magazine. Draft Carolina Burgers and Beers ranked number two for Best Sports Bar and ranked number three for Best Appetizer with its Hangover Tots, Best Wings, Best Burger and Best New Restaurant Opening in 2011. Tribeca Tavern tied with Draft Carolina Burgers and Beers for Best Burger ranking at number three. The Twisted Fork ranked number three for Best Grilled Cheese and for Best Dessert. Rocky Top Catering ranked number one for Best Catering. Presented annually and typically open only to downtown Raleigh operations, voting for the 2012 Best of Downtowner Awards was opened to all of Wake County bringing in twice the number of total votes for 2011 and a broader range of entries.
