ULTRAPURE WATER Asia will be conducted July 4-5 at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. The conference will be co-located at the Singapore International Water Week (SIWW). This meeting is focused on high-purity water used by the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, solar, and power generation industries in Asia. Abstracts are being accepted through April 1. Technical paper topics for the conference will include treatment technology developments; nanotechnology in water treatment; organics, inorganics, or particles removal; monitoring technology development; POU developments; system disinfection or sterilization; system validation; distillation; high-purity water and its use at the tool; water treatment guidelines; pretreatment/source water issues; and nw developments in wafer manufacture, and their implications for water use/needs.
