Enterprising Women Names New Member To Advisory Board

Raleigh, NC (OPENPRESS) September 27, 2011 -- Monica Smiley, publisher and CEO of Enterprising Women magazine (http://www.enterprisingwomen.com), has named Sue Bhatia as a member of the Enterprising Women Advisory Board. Bhatia is the founder and CEO of Rose International, an industry leader in providing information technology and workforce solutions to commercial organizations and government agencies in 18 U.S. cities and India. Under Bhatia's leadership, Rose International has grown to more than 5,000 employees and is ranked third on the latest list of the 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned Companies in North America by the Women Presidents' Organization.
Bhatia has received numerous awards for her business acumen, including the National Minority Supplier Development Council's Minority Business Leadership Award, the U.S. Small Business Administration's National Entrepreneurial Success Award, the Missouri Small Business Person of the Year Award, and placement on the Fast Company's List of the Top 25 Women Builders in North America. She remains committed to the promotion and development of women- and minority-owned businesses around the world, speaking at international business events and serving on the President's Initiative on Race and as a mentor for Women in Technology International (WITI). Bhatia received a bachelor's degree in architectural design from the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi, India, and a master's degree in management information systems from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.
