Discover Leisure Supports Endurance Challenge from Yorkshire to Gibraltar

North Newbald, East Yorkshire (OPENPRESS) September 1, 2011 -- Discover Leisure Plc (LON: DISL) have given their backing to the Sunshine Challenge, which covers over 2,000 miles and features 25 Marathons, 26 miles of kayaking and 1500 miles of Cycling. The team consisting of Andy North, Dave Edwards & Mike Senior, will raise vital funds for the ABF soldiers charity and the Forces Children's Trust.
The challenge, which set off from Yorkshire on 19th August, is a gruelling six week affair, and Discover Leisure, who's head office is in North Newbald in East Yorkshire, are supporting the team by providing a motorhome support vehicle, that is also fitted with a Phantom GPS motorhome tracker so that the public can see progress in real-time on a dedicated website: http://sunshine.phantom.uk.net/ .
