RadiusPoint Awarded Contract with Retailer for Wireless Management

Orlando, FL (OPENPRESS) May 19, 2011 -- RadiusPoint announces the award of a Wireless Management contract with a nationwide retailer. The retailer operates more than 8,000 locations across the US and provides everyday household items and groceries to the general public. This contract will create a partnership for RadiusPoint to manage the wireless invoices, expenses and devices for their wireless end users nationwide.
RadiusPoint will provide an online order system with built in approvals which will allow order placement by the end user that will effectively manage the daily orders placed for services or equipment. The Asset Management tool will manage the devices by type and order fulfillment by RadiusPoint staff will guarantee an up-to-date inventory at all times. The services also includes the management of the invoice from receipt to invoice verification and contract validation and then archival of the invoice image for future needs. The allocation of the expenses down to a specific wireless number and Employee Identification Number will be a beneficial management tool that will save this retailer's staff time and money.
RadiusPoint's Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Utility Expense Management (UEM) services involve a monthly management of the invoices and constant review of the charges from the vendors. The invoices are established in the ExpenseLogic software so that the charges for each location would be allocated appropriately and in a timely manner.
