Intermountain Harley-Davidson Honors Firefighters in Fire Ride's 10th Anniversary

Intermountain Harley-Davidson, one of the leading motorcycle distributors in Utah, is "honoring the fallen heroes" in the 2013 Fire Ride 10th anniversary this September 7. Organizers will collect a minimal $15 fee, with all proceeds going to the America's Fallen Firefighter Memorial charity.

Salt Lake City-Ogden, UT (OPENPRESS) Intermountain Harley-Davidson, a company with three motorcycle distribution shops in Utah, honors firefighters through the 2013 Fire Ride this September 7. The event's 10th anniversary will cost riders $15 each, with all proceeds benefiting the America's Fallen Firefighter Memorial (AFFM).

Everybody's Invited
The event begins 7:30 am, rain or shine, at South Valley Harley-Davidson in Sandy Park Way Blvd. Organizers are inviting the public, as well as firefighters, law enforcement, and volunteer groups, to join the event. Even those who do not own a motorcycle can rent one, while those with a car can also join the ride.

From 7:30 to 9:30 am, registered participants get a free pancake breakfast, in addition to an exclusive, collectible ride pin. Afterwards, the ride leaves and proceeds to Ogden Amphitheater AFFM Monument, located at 25th and Washington Blvd.Memorial services will take place from 12:00 to 1:00 pm, with everyone encouraged to attend and pay tribute to the fallen heroes.

Joining the Ride
Anybody can get involved in the event. Those with motorcycles or cars can download the registration form from the Intermountain Harley-Davidson website, or pick up and submit it at any of their Utah locations. Additionally, forms are also available at the Symbol Arts office in East Ogden.

Those who choose not to ride but still want to do their part may also buy anniversary memorabilia. The exclusive merchandise sells for $15 per shirt and $30 per hoodie. These items, including the pins for registered riders, are available for pick up after August 5th from the different registration locations.
