Estate Planning Council Of Seattle Names New Officers For 2017-2018

The Estate Planning Council of Seattle is comprised of King County's top estate planning lawyers, certified public accountants, trust officers, insurance agents, and financial planners.

Seattle-Bellevue-Everett, WA (OPENPRESS) The Estate Planning Council of Seattle has appointed a slate of new officers to lead the council for 2017-2018, with Ronald Nagle, CPA, with Peterson Sullivan LLP, in Seattle elected president.

Joining Nagle is immediate past president Kurt Olson, JD, with Fahlman Olson & Little, PLLC, in Seattle, Carla Wigen, JD, with Wells Fargo Private Bank, in Seattle, as president-elect, Kathryn Garrison, CFP, with Moss Adams Wealth Advisors, in Seattle, as treasurer, and Michael Harman, JD, with JP Morgan in Seattle, as secretary.

The executive committee includes Margaret Liu, JD, with Wells Fargo Private Bank, in Seattle, Gina Chang, CPA, with Hellam Varon, in Bellevue, Steven Schindler, JD, with Perkins Coie, LLP, in Seattle, and Dan Halos, ChFC, with Cascade Wealth Strategies in Bellevue.

Joe Cervantes, CFP, with Coldstream Capital, in Bellevue, is chair of the 2017 Estate Planning Seminar, and Scott Wallace, JD, with Perkins Coie, LLP, in Seattle, is event co-chair. The 2017 seminar will be held Nov. 9-10 in Seattle, and draws more than 1,000 attendees.
