Grand Rapids, MI (OPENPRESS) September 13, 2012 -- After working several months in preparation, E.D. Miller Appliance Service Inc. is offering a new two year limited parts warranty. This new program is intended to increase customer loyalty, and to distinguish themselves from the other fine competitors in the Grand Rapids area appliance repair service market.
This is a limited warranty. It does not cover electronic boards, cosmetic parts, glass parts, and refrigeration sealed system parts. It also does not cover the cost of labor or the cost of any service calls related to the installation of parts that are covered.
With services performed that include parts covered under the new warranty program, customers will receive a certificate with the service invoice number, the beginning and ending coverage dates, the appropriate make, model, and serial number of the serviced appliance, and the part numbers covered. The certificate will also include additional conditions of the warranty.
